St. Mary’s Outreach Center provides free and confidential services to older adults (55+) in Baltimore City to improve their financial, physical, and emotional well-being. Our primary outreach area includes the communities of Hampden, Remington, Medfield, Woodberry, Park Heights and Wyman Park. We have and will continue to help clients from across Baltimore City. Our goal is to spread the word that friendly, caring people provide hands-on assistance and support.

Our Commitment to the Residents of
Roland View Towers
Our historical beginnings started with the residents of 3838 and 3939 Roland Avenue. Our level of commitment to those residents continues today. The majority of SMOC clients come from these
two apartment buildings. We offer them case management to coordinate their needs and host events with a focus on their needs. These events include National Night Out, Father and Mother’s Day events, and health fairs.
